"Let's Paint the Town" is a City of La Marque beautification and home improvement program that provides exterior paint and discount paint supplies to La Marque homeowners. There are no income qualifications. All labor, including preparing the house and garage before painting, must be accomplished or provided by the homeowner.
Applicants must:
- Live in La Marque, Texas
- Own & reside in the house to be painted
- Have an established city utility account
- Agree to provide before and after photos
- Submit the application by August 13
- Use the voucher by August 27
- Complete painting by August 31
Qualified applicants will receive a Lowe's Texas City voucher to obtain the paint.

Completed applications and supporting documents can be emailed or mailed. Documents can also be dropped off to the Code Compliance office or the Utility Billing drive-through at City Hall.
